PolyOptics Ltd. is a Thai-registered company dedicated to manufacturing full range of ophthalmic lens made from POLYMER on both CR-39 (1.5) and Hi-index (1.6)
The company is located in Sainoi District on the outskirts of Nontaburi, a suburban town northwest of Bangkok . Our main business involves exporting finished and semi-finished plastic lens.
The company management and its production team have more than ten years of experience in mass-producing hard resin lens in Thailand , which has become one of the world’s manufacturing centers of high-quality ophthalmic lens involving many world-renowned companies.
PolyOptics is self-reliant in many respects, for example, we have our own production facility for both spherical and cylindrical moulds.
Other facilities include chemical laboratory for daily monomer mixing and analysis, state-of-the-art machinery and equipment and clean room facility for reducing contaminants, such as dust and particles, so that assembly of delicate parts can be performed effectively.
In order to ensure product consistency, all manufacturing stages are closely monitored under the watchful eyes of our seasoned supervisors and skilled workers in accordance with our strict standards. Our lens are 100% inspected at the final stage prior to packaging.
